Do I have to register to make a reservation?

No, it is not necessary to register to make a reservation, given that this website is intended for all reservations of accommodation and professional excursions for participants of conferences or professional training courses ELEKTRO MANAGEMENT, it is it is more convenient to create an account with pre-filled billing information, where you can also find documents for individual reservations at any time and other options in the future. 

I am not registered and do not have tax documents for my reservation. How can I obtain these documents?

For non-registered users, there is a tab on the home page in the main menu Booking Management -> Booking Details, where after entering the reservation number and email address, you will see the details of this reservation and there you will also find a link to download these documents.

If you don't remember your reservation number, or you were unable to find out the status of your reservation after entering the details, write to us at info@rezervacie.net.

We are a company that provides accommodation and professional excursions for our employees based on an order. How do I proceed?

If you are a company that requires an order for invoicing, please complete the reservation and proceed as follows:
1.  if you require an advance invoice - select "payment by transfer" and in the notes, indicate that "order has been placed". Subsequently, the order number will be included in the tax document or 
2.  choose "payment on order" and send us your order number to confirm and complete your reservation, an invoice will be sent after the conference.

I am registered for a conference where I am a participant and have a reservation for accommodation (excursion). I would like to bring a companion with me, is this possible and how do I create a reservation for this person?

Yes, it is possible.. If interested, additional services (lunch, social evening, etc.) must be ordered on site during registration for the accompanying person.

You can book either as another separate reservation with a note about who the guest should be staying with, or if you haven't made a reservation yet, book together and include "I request to adjust the invoice" in the note, or state your request. 

Is it possible to pay by card for the reservation?

Yes, payment by card is possible on site when registering for a conference or professional training. 

What are the cancellation policies for bookings?

All reservations are binding. The following cancellation fees apply when canceling your stay:

  • 29 or more days until the reservation date - free of charge
  • 22 - 28 days - 25% fee
  • 15 - 21 days - 50% fee
  • 8 - 14 days - 75% fee
  • 0 - 7 days - 100% fee.

The refund will be in the form of credit note.

In case of no-show and cancellation in advance, the total price of the reservation will be invoiced.

According to the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic, you are listed as a VAT payer under §4, why is VAT not listed on the invoice?

The provision of Section 72, paragraph 1, letter a) of the VAT Act stipulates the obligation of the payer to issue an invoice when supplying goods or services with a place of supply in the country to another taxable person or a legal entity that is not a taxable person and, at the same time, if he applies a special arrangement, he is obliged, among other requirements, to include the verbal information on the invoice "„adjustment of surcharge taxation – travel agencies“" (Section 74(1)(m) of the VAT Act). According to Section 65(9) of the VAT Act, a payer who applies the special scheme for travel agencies may not indicate the tax amount separately in the invoice for the sale of tourism services.

This means that the items on the invoice excluding VAT are final prices. 

How will the invoice (pro-forma invoice) be issued?

The invoice will only list the type of reservation, including the conference name, reservation name, and location, without a detailed breakdown.

All detailed items can be found in your booking confirmation (order) email. 

If you require detailed breakdown of items on the invoice, please write to us at info@rezervacie.net with a request to adjust the invoice breakdown.

When, where and how will the invoice (pro-forma invoice) be sent?

If you have chosen advance payment by bank transfer, The advance invoice will be sent to you after submitting the reservation. to the email address provided in the billing address. 

After payment of the advance invoice, it will be sent within 7 days at the latest. tax document for the received payment and after the end of the reservation period for accommodation or professional excursion, you will receive an email billing invoice

If you have chosen payment on the spot, when registering, you can pay either by credit card or in cash, you will receive a receipt for this payment and an invoice will be sent to you by email within 7 days.
